The administration staff with whom you plan your trip, and the guides who accompany you, are so important to the quality of your experience that we take huge care in employing people who can meet the high standards required. Our team of staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and responsible. Everyone who works with you on the trip will be absolutely focussed on providing top level service, and running an outstanding trip for you. We will communicate closely with you from the time you first contact us to the moment you step on the plane home to ensure that you stay in control of the trip, and that it is run in exactly the way you desire.

Safety

At Indago we have developed a number of unique safety practices in order to decrease the risk on a trip. During the planning phase we can use our knowledge, ability and experience to help you with a comprehensive risk-assessment. Then from the moment you arrive the guide is constantly looking out for student safety, starting with a detailed briefing to the group to ensure that all participants are aware of the safety procedures in place. In the rare event of an incident occurring, our staff are trained in how to cope with emergency situations, and will be able to take much of the stress off the teaching staff. However, due to our absolute attention to safety, incidents are kept to a minimum.
