Indago offers a complete package, from the moment you contact us until the moment you step on to the plane home. We are much more than simply a booking agent. We will work with you every step of the way, running and guiding the trip according to the needs and requirements of the school, the students and the teaching staff. By using our own staff to guide your trip (with the help of professional local guides when appropriate) rather than outsourcing the guiding work, we can maintain absolute control over the quality of the experience for you.

Before you leave:
Teachers’ time is valuable, and by organising all the bookings, and planning schedules and itineraries, a huge amount of time and effort can be passed from the teacher to us.

No matter how well you know the destination, it is extremely difficult to plan a trip from abroad. Through Indago’s local knowledge and experience of running trips, we assist in all aspects of the planning. Whether filling out risk assessments or deciding where to eat each night; and whether planning schedules or booking activities, we can take most of the strain off the teachers.

Whilst there:
Indago staff will be with you for the duration of the trip. The guide is there to lead the group according to the customised program and requirements of the teaching staff, look after the students, entertain and inspire all the participants and organise all the logistics of the day to day running of the trip.

Among the many other tasks we undertake to make your trip as enjoyable as possible whilst there are pre-arranging local restaurants to provide an exciting and varied cuisine to suit everyone; following the strict Indago safety practices we have developed; entertaining the students with a variety of games and activities; guiding the groups from place to place through streets and transport systems; and much much more.

The number one priority of Indago is the safety of everyone involved. Whilst on a trip, having an Indago staff member to focus on student safety is invaluable, and will greatly reduce anxiety for the teaching staff.
